Happy June! In this installment of "Good News From Paradise" we would like to recognize and thank the good neighbors who helped out by volunteering time at the Mayfield Pond Park Clean Up Day. We had to postpone the first date due to unseasonably cold and rainy weather. Despite that we had a good turn out the following weekend. The local parks are a great asset to the Township and Village residents. We would like to thank the following people for their volunteer work at the Mayfield Pond Park Clean Up Day and for helping to make Mayfield Pond Park the paradise that it is: Edna Sargent This summer please take some time to stop and smell the roses... They assisted with the upkeep and maintenance of their neighbor's property. With economic times being as they are we would like to encourage you to take a look around you and remember those less fortunate. Every little bit helps...
